• Roof Sheathing: Roofs can be sheathed from many different types of materials, including corrugated metal, seam metal, and cedarwood. OSB also provides a good alternative to the roof sheathing. The main problem with OSB sheathing is its sensitivity to weather. 
• Walls: The strength of OSB may not be as good as that of concrete or hardwood walls, but it compensates for its cost-effectiveness. It gives a natural look to whatever room it is fitted in.
