Soundproofing: MDF absorbs sound and prevents vibration inside the speaker cover. That’s the reason why it is greatly used by speaker manufacturers. MDF is also used in media rooms, walls of apartmens, buildings, and offices.

Vapour Repulsion: MDF works as an excellent vapour barrier because of its durability and treatment. They do not shrink or rot even after being exposed to moisture for a long time.
